Curtis is not only a master plumber who is very skilled at his trade, he is also a master communicator, very social and friendly. Curtis takes the time to answer any questions, and share his insight. One thing I like best about Curtis is, he goes the extra mile and cleans up after the job is done! Love that!!!

Our experience with Velocity Master Plumbing was excellent. Curtis the owner came out on each visit with his crew. They scoped our residential sewer line with their camera. They provided us with a video of their inspection that clearly indicated multiple tree roots had broken through the sewer line. Curtis, the owner, walked us through the entire process. All tree roots were successfully cleared out . The team then relined the sewer and reinforced the integrity of the damaged sewer line. A video of our sewer line was provided to us of the post project work. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Curtis is a friendly guy who took his time to explain all of the steps of the project. He clearly cares about the work he provides customers.
We had our Orangeburg sewer lined by Velocity. They were able to do it entirely from the cleanout access in our basement; no outdoor excavation and no concrete work inside. Inspection with the City of Ann Arbor passed just two days after the work completed. Communication before, during, and after the work was especially impressive, as Curtis texted and called me immediately after my initial inquiry, and responded promptly to questions throughout. The work is warrantied for 1 year and the materials for 50 years (the latter is transferable to the next home owner).
There is a reason that Velocity Master Plumbing has so many five star reviews. While many companies fail to answer the phone, never get back with you, don’t show up when they say they will or do shotty work, I experienced none of these situations. Curtis and his team did an exemplary job. I had my fifty year old cast iron drain relined, saving me from the mess of opening up my basement floor and excavating outside. From my first phone call through the entire job it was nothing but total professionalism. On time, neat, clean and informative. I would recommend Curtis and his team at Velocity to all. Well Done!
Great company to do business with. Curtis communicates with you & explains the whole process of replacing the sewer line that has orangeburg tiles using trenchless sewer replacement. There was no damage to our landscape. Curtis provided us videos with the work in progress. His team did an amazing job. The job was completed in 2 days. Highly recommend Velocity Master Plumbing.
Velocity Master Plumbing are efficient, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The main water service line needed to be replaced and they were able to complete the work underground with minimal disturbance. They coordinated with the city water department and all went smoothly. Curtis did a masterful job of remounting a toilet that had started to leak around its base. In retrospect, the problem was an improper installation that resulted in a leak that had been “brewing” for ten years, but luckily, Curtis caught it just before it became a much bigger issue. Thanks to a well-stocked service vehicle and capable assistant, the repair was complete, relatively quick, and clean — topped off by a gratis video inspection of our sewer line, which was fortunately still in good shape. We were thoroughly please with the result. He does outstanding work!
